Caroline Nash-Helmly

Caroline Nash-Helmly has always loved the country and the animals around the barnyards and on farms. A Middleburg VA resident and an intellectual property attorney by trade, she has begun painting all her life for relaxation and pleasure.

She lives on a farm facing the Blue Ridge Mountains near the village of Unison. She is an avid foxhunter and enjoys riding horses, raising exotic chickens, miniature horses, gardening, cooking and volunteer work.

In her paintings, she loves to play with colors and emphasize light and shadow. She strives to bring to life the big personalities and whimsy that animals bring to our world.
